Our Courses
We provide Technical, Industrial, Vocational and Entrepreneurial training. We are accredited as both training and examination Centre under Kenya National Examination Council (KNEC) and National Industrial Training Authority (NITA). We have fulltime and evening part-time courses offering Artisan and Government Trade test in the following Courses
Motor Vehicle Mechanic
This course gives you an extensive base of knowledge about how vehicles' complex components work and interact, as well as the ability to work with electronic diagnostic equipment and computer-based technical reference materials
Plumbing
Did you know that plumbers are some of the often searched for people? Very few people have the skills and qualifications required to be plumbers. Students develop skills in all types of plumbing repair work, used in residential, institutional, and commercial applications
Electrical and Solar Installation
It is a study program that teaches a student the fundamentals of installing electronics. It is an important step toward becoming a fully qualified and certified electrician. This course will teach, through study and hands-on experience, how to work in the electronics industry.
Dress Making, Fashion and Design
The department trains in various Textile courses which are designed to prepare trainees for self-employment. The department has a well-equipped workshop with both electrical and manual machines to suit the training needs of our students.
Welding & Fabrication
Assemblers and fabricators play an important role in the manufacturing process. They are responsible for putting together finished and semi finished goods, assembling the pieces of components of a product and then joining the components into a whole product
Hair Dressing & Beauty
Studying with us, allows you to develop your skills and experience in our Hair and Beauty class, in CITC. Our lecturers are highly qualified Hairdressers and Beauty Therapists, with a wealth of industry knowledge and experience.
You will be taught everything from basic to advanced Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy
Carpentry & Joinery
Carpenters construct, erect, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials. Since they require a lot of skills to perform any different tasks our students are well-trained and often can switch from residential building to commercial construction or remodeling work, depending on which offers the best work opportunities.
Electrical Power
This course is in the field of electric power systems and electrical to mechanical energy conversion. Electric power has become increasingly important as a way of transmitting and transforming energy in industrial, military and transportation uses. Electric power systems are also at the heart of alternative energy systems, including wind and solar electric, geothermal and small scale hydroelectric generation.
